Terms of use & service

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the ACL or any other law that cannot be excluded.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or have a vehicle washed or detailed at any White Diamond hand car wash (“White Diamond”, “we”, “us”):

By using our services or this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are “from” prices in Australian dollars and are a guide only.
  • The final price depends on your vehicle’s size, type and condition and the services you choose. Extra charges may apply for 7-seaters, vans, large vehicles and heavily soiled vehicles (for example excessive mud, sand, pet hair, mould or bodily fluids).
  • Please confirm your price with our team before your wash starts. The prices displayed at the location on the day apply.
  • Prices, services and inclusions may change without notice. While we try to keep this website up to date, it may not reflect the latest prices.
  • Payment is due when the service is completed.

3. Driver rates and special offers

Special rates for Uber and taxi drivers are available only on proof that you currently drive (for example your Uber driver app or taxi driver authority), shown at the time of service. Driver rates and any other promotions (such as the free foam wash with a motorbike wash) are offered at our discretion, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Before your wash

  • Remove all valuables, cash, electronics and personal items from your vehicle.
  • Close all windows and sunroofs, and fold in or remove antennas where possible.
  • Tell our team about any existing damage, loose or fragile parts, aftermarket accessories, wraps, window tint, recent paintwork or special coatings before we start.
  • We may decline to wash any vehicle we reasonably consider unsafe or unsuitable for our services.

5. Valuables and personal items

We take all care with your vehicle, but to the extent permitted by law we accept no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, valuables or personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Pre-existing damage and wear

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage that results from a vehicle’s pre-existing condition, including stone chips, scratches, dents, rust, faded, oxidised or peeling paint or clear coat, poor-quality resprays, cracked or loose trims, mirrors, badges, aerials, wiper blades, roof racks, seals that let water in, aftermarket accessories, wraps or window tint.

7. Engine washes

Engine washes (on their own or as part of a Full Detail) are done at the owner’s risk. Water and cleaning products can affect older, worn or modified engine bays, sensors and electrical components. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damage to the engine or electrical components arising from an engine wash.

8. Results

We wash and detail with due care and skill. Some stains, odours, scratches, swirl marks, water spots and contaminants cannot be fully removed, and results vary with a vehicle’s age and condition. Descriptions of our services are a general guide to what is included.

9. Inspecting your vehicle

Please inspect your vehicle before you leave and raise any concern with our team while you are still on site. This lets us look at it with you and fix any issue quickly. It does not limit your rights under the ACL.

10. Our liability

Subject to your rights under the ACL, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

11. Opening hours

Our opening hours may change without notice, including on public holidays, during severe weather, water restrictions or maintenance. Live opening status shown on this website is a guide only — check our Google listing if you are making a special trip.

  • Information on this website is general and may contain errors or change without notice.
  • Photos are for illustration only and may not show our locations, staff or results.
  • Google ratings and review counts are shown as at the date of publishing and may have changed.
  • Links to third-party websites (such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
  • Content on this website belongs to White Diamond or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
